5 Tips on how to stay motivated in Dance

  1. Watch your favorite dance videos on youtube. Old So You Think You Can Dance videos are my fav for a quick pick me up.
  2. Look at your favorite dance pictures that make you think #dancegoals.
  3. Do something other than dance class but is still movement based like yoga, zumba, pilates, etc.
  4. See what your dance idols are doing on social media. My favorites on Instagram are: @dancingindarkskin @mistyonpointe @tlangdance @therealdebbieallen @alvinailey @dancetheatreofharlem
  5. Write down your goals in life and why you dance.
